Do they not know the huge loss of mine? ⋱♰⋰

⋱♰⋰ The winds are all calm with a gentle breeze
My heart is aching with no sign of ease. ⋱♰⋰

⋱♰⋰ The day is new and the sky is all clear.
Memories of my loved one are still very near. ⋱♰⋰

⋱♰⋰ Today’s forecast, there is no chance of rain
Someone please tell that to my soul in pain. ⋱♰⋰

⋱♰⋰ On days such as this we would laugh and snuggle.
A beautiful day without you seems like a struggle. ⋱♰⋰

⋱♰⋰ Time keeps coming through the day and the night.
Hours upon hours, I miss you with all of my might. ⋱♰⋰

⋱♰⋰ The flowers are in bloom and the grass fresh with dew
How can this be enjoyed with me missing you? ⋱♰⋰

⋱♰⋰ Tomorrow is another day with promise and light
To get through the present is my biggest fight. ⋱♰⋰

⋱♰⋰ I am promised to meet you again so they say.
Until that time, Lord help me through this day. ⋱♰⋰

Tending To Her Love

~This angel up in heaven
In garden she enshrines
Is giving love to flowers
To make them each divine

Carefully she tends them
Flowers in their bloom
Giving them that extra love
So magnificence will loom

This angel has a special touch
As gentle as can be
A message that she sends to us
That every heart can see

Always when you love something
You nourish it each day
So it will give a bounty
Bringing greater love your way.~
